Add support for Z2M v2

We have patched support so Z2M v1 will continue to work for now.
We should investigate adding support for Z2M v2.

Maybe I can find some time at the weekend.
About the function: The update from v1 to v2 has breaking changes and therefore requires manual actions like changes in the config. So my proposal is:

• case 1: fresh installation: Install (or update) node and install z2m
• case 2: update from v1: Display a message that the user has to do a manual update with a link to the corresponding documentation
• case 3: update from v2: install the latest version of z2m

That sounds like a good approach. If you want to go ahead and take the lead on it that would be great. No rush, whenever you have time.

It seems upgrade versione of openhabian with latest openhabian-config has broke the ability to upgrade Z2M to the new 2.0 versione

I believe that it is actually because the change hasn't been forwarded to our production branch yet. I'll try to get that taken care of.

did you make sure that you selected the branch "latest"?
