Linkify Thing configuration links in the Thing status

I've got a PoC to make the configuration link in the Thing configuration actually clickable. Example:

Looking through addons, I can only find these bindings that would benefit from this:

• amazonechocontrol
• homeconnect
• jellyfin

Is it worth submitting a PR? It involves parsing the thing status message in CONFIGURATION_PENDING and converting certain link patterns to an actual link with the current webui's location/host.
