QFieldCloud maintanance mode

Due to an issue at the S3 storage provider, we are experiencing extremely long wait times for file storage and retrieval. At times this could lead to invalid files being served or stored. Since the issue is out of our hands, we decided to put QFieldCloud into maintenance mode to guarantee data consistency. We are working with the data centre to find a solution as soon as possible.
