There seems to be a conflict between STAC and OGC API approaches of whether a trailing slash in a URI is significant. This is an issue on the STAC repo too. It may be of concern for OGC API-Common Part 1, API-Features, API-Records as well as API-EDR.

@ghobona Should all the OGC APIs specify some preferred behaviour, and contain some boiler plate text saying what it is?
