RT target: Create Derived Class error

While creating derived class on RT target, class is created and saved, but there is error window:

As the result, derived class does not have assigned parent class.

Is this bug still happening in the latest version? we've made some changes on what the editor should do when classes are locked and this issue may have been fixed
