Open Food Facts has an InfluxDB that could be used to send some usage stats, and see evolution over time.

Hi @areebahmeddd thanks for your interest, but there are issues that are much more priority/important for users, this issue seems much too complicated for instance, nor has been prioritized during our recent meetings

Ah, I see! I thought of trying this since it was implemented in the Robotoff repository, but cool, I can pick it up later if the team needs it :)
