2020 General Election Precinct Results Known Issues

The following issues are known to exist in the 2020 general election precinct results:

• San Saba County is missing State Representative results because we're using the Texas Legislative Council data, which omits uncontested races. FWIW, we have not been able to obtain official precinct results from San Saba for any election since we've started collecting results in 2012.
• Lamar County results appear to be unofficial. The totals are slightly less than what's reported on https://results.texas-election.com/county.
• Bexar County appears to be missing some votes; the sum of votes in the presidential race is 770,569 while the sum of votes on the offficial results site is 770,818. This may be related to some write-in candidates not being included in 'write-in' total.

The tests are also revealing that several rows have an inconsistent number of columns:
