The total votes vs sum of vote methods for Orange County in the county file don't add up - 395,014 total vs 394,994 sum of methods, or a difference of 20 votes.

Per the Orange County official results here, there were 104 provisional votes for Biden, while the county CSV has 84, accounting for the missing 20 votes.
