• Incubation task assignments as per the project

MoM:

• @avishnu states that he has done a first-pass on all of the issues that are listed on the incubation github project. He has prefixed items on the list with modifiers stating if the item originated from a 'Required' condition on the CNCF incubation criteria or not.
  • There are 3 labels with degrees of compliance to the incubation standard: no, partial and full
  • @avishnu proposes that items on the list each get an owner and owners go ahead and chalk out a list of tasks involved in moving the item to 'full compliance' status. It would be a good idea to try to do this by next week
  • @tiagolobocastro recalls his conversation with CNCF toc members where they recommended that fulfulling both the required and the suggested items would benefit the project and make it easier for it to reach incubation
  • @avishnu agrees that the suggested items too should be pursued, however it may a good idea to start with the 'required' items first. There's agreement on this across the board.
