Attendees: @Abhinandan-Purkait, @niladrih, @tiagolobocastro, @avishnu

Minutes:

• @tiagolobocastro enumerates Maintainers' table duplicates -- openebs/community README.md, GOVERNANCE.md, openebs/openebs README.md. The panel concludes that all of the tables across all of the repos should be removed, as there is no need for this information to be available across all of these documents. Maintainers' information would be contained withing the MAINTAINERS file in the openebs/community repo
• On rawfile-localpv, @tiagolobocastro proposes that the maintainers should reach out to the community for volunteers who would want to maintain the storage engine. If there are no volunteers, it might be a good option to archive the rawfile-localpv repo.
• @tiagolobocastro notices that the activity on the localpv repos has slowed down. @avishnu agrees and plans on visitng pending localpv issues some time tomorrow, along with the others in the panel.
• Sandbox spillovers:
  • Master list of repositories -- assigned to @Abhinandan-Purkait.
  • Review repo readmes -- needs follow up with @orville-wright
  • Review legacy files and folders -- @orville-wright seems to have worked on this. @avishnu recalls that he's marked documentes he's visited by touching the timestamp on the files.
  • Consolidate design documents -- @Abhinandan-Purkait worked on this. He's already moved all of the design documents for the localpv to the openebs/openebs repo. Mayastor work is pending
• Project cleanup:
  • RWX(NFS) support project -- Seems to be a list of issues where users are asking for RWX. Issue closed
  • LocalPV Roadmap tracking project -- Seems to have been created to track tasks involved in the roadmap creation for the localpv. Has only issues related to combing through the localpv issues. Done. Closed. Removed.
  • Removed Projects related to cStor, Jiva, NDM
• Hands-on discussion on managing releases with GitHub Projects
