Use a different port than 5000 for kind when prepare-local-env #390
Description
Currently when make prepare-local-env for local development kind would attempt to bind port 5000.
On OSX Monterey and maybe on other versions as well this port might be already bound by the Control Center App, depending whether you have activated AirPlay Receiver (https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/682332).
So port 5000 might be not the optimal choice.
