root cause: pyup.io-41747 (CVE-2020-1747) this is handled by thoth-station/common#1251 and waiting for an upstream fix by kubernetes community

@goern can you please point us to that file? will create a PR

@romeokienzler - the PR has been open and in progress . I just need to parse through several releases of elyra and update with a more curated changelog and provide a sample/test notebook. Ill be opening another pair of PRs for the recent release of Elyra v3.7.0 as well.
