Create a set of basic Ubuntu installation instructions targeted towards end-users

Expected behaviour

There should be a set of installation instructions specifically for end-users.

Actual behaviour

Existing installation instructions are targeted towards developers and include steps like installing datacube from source which are not necessary for someone who simply wants to set up their own datacube.

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

N/A

Environment information

The initial set of instructions will be for Ubuntu and will form a baseline for the creation of Mac and Windows instructions.
