Enable BASE_URL_OVERRIDE available for static js file for opencost-ui

Now I am trying to deploy opencost using opencost-helm-chart, I have read both opencost/opencost#1677 and opencost/opencost#1700 issue, so I try to add BASE_URL_OVERRIDE as env for opencos-ui, it works for compute request as mentioned in #1700 issue, but it request static file using http://[domain]/index.runtime.5dec1d72.js, actually http://[domain]/[prefix]/index.runtime.5dec1d72.js is expected.

Could you give me some guide about how to enable prefix with static file?
