Code currently assumes all URIs in an Annex (-annex True) are "Wellknown", if not in an Annex then they're Examples.

This does not hold true as a generalization (see Core resources). Probably need a new command line switch (e.g. -wellknown) to trigger the logic.

Also spelling "Wellknown" -> "Well-known".

The spelling of well-known is now correct. Is there a mechanism to include a heading of 'Example URI' even if an Annex (for example needed for oic.r.icon and some other Core resources)?

yes that should be possible when one is using

  • annex only
    well-known is only added when wellknown option is enabled.
