Fix ILAS sequence/configuration data or JESD configuration. #3
Description
There is a mismatch between LiteJESD204B ILAS sequence and the one of the ADC08DJ, so ILAS check has to be disabled for now.
Here is .vcd LiteScope dump of the ILAS sequence to able to analyze it and understand/fix: dump.zip
