It shall be possible to update a VNFR already instantiated. For the moment it would be enough to update values which are not requiring any triggering of specific actions, i.e. scale-in-out parameters, etc.
Anyway, it would be good to consider cases in which also autoscaling and fault management policies are updated. I guess it will require a new event towards external components to update them about the changes.
