Create Stylesheet to Output Text for Helping with Word Count

Problem description

As discussed with Frank, daps needs to produce a so called "word count". This is needed for evaluating the translation.

At the moment, we don't have that. We could use the text output, however, this will transform everything. This is not desirable as screen and some inline elements (filename, varname and others) are not translated at all. This would make the word count bigger than it would be.

Expected behavior

We need a stylesheet that:

• outputs text (formatting is irrelevant)
• suppresses screen and other technical inline elements
• is able to change behavior with parameters (suppress on/off)
• preferably, takes into account the ITS translation attribute its:translate
