No restriction on dates in "Search Journal Entries"

Description

There is no restriction on "From date" and "To date" in "Search Journal Entries."

Steps to Reproduce

Accounting >> Search Journal Entries

Expected Behaviour

Future dates should be disabled in the "From date" and "To date" popup for a better user experience.

Actual Behaviour

Future dates are not disabled in the "From date" and "To date" popup which doesn't really make much sense. Though, upon entering a future date, the search results produce no journals (as expected).
