Summary / Zusammenfassung

In my opinion we need to check GDPR compliance as we're likely to process data from EU citizens such as Germany and France.

Description / Beschreibung

As a cross-border commuter, I want be sure that my data is handled GDPR compliant so that I can gain e.g. data insight on request.

Success Criteria / Abnahmekriterien

  1. Art. 15 GDPR Right of access by the data subject is met
  2. Art. 18 GDPR Right to restriction of processing is met
  3. Art. 17 GDPR Right to erasure (‘right to be forgotten’) is met
