Update all documentation and workflows before releasing new version

Due to a large number of changes to the Headstage64 devices/headstage, we should ensure that the docs are ready to be updated at the same time that the new version is released. This is to give the users something we can point to that will work, since the properties will be moving from trigger nodes to configuration nodes, as well as a few new nodes being added.
