Run CI with PropertyStore.debug on #245
Description
The config option org.opalj.fpcf.PropertyStore.Debug is set to false by default because of the performance implications it has. However, for running the tests in the CI pipeline, it would be preferrable to have the debug mode on to catch more potential errors.
