[bug] Excessive spacing edits after Onlook is done running

Was working on contributing to an open-source project, and after I made an edit, the ids were removed (nice) but there were tons of spacing adjustments that make it hard to understand what edits I actually made. It'd be nice if the spacing was corrected on project stop as well.
