Issue to be solved

every time the autobalancers contract is updated, there is a chance to introduce non-upgradeable changes that affects FlowALP, doesn't use Autobalancers

autobalancers are used only in strategies so far and it's easier to version strategies, than the whole FlowALP contract

Suggest A Solution

put Autobalancers into a separate contract and remove it from DeFiActions.cdc

I don't think it's generalized enough to warrant existing in the FlowActions.
I would suggest moving it to FlowYieldVaults.
