Is it possible to set up a vxrn project without Expo?

Looking around this seems like something that One could make possible, but I can't tell if it's supported and if so, how I'd go about setting things up.

Many packages don't directly rely on Expo. A few do though, the one cli for example: while it doesn't have expo as a dependency it does pull in @expo/cli at runtime.

Is building for web, iOS, and Android using One, vxrn instead of metro, and bare React Native a reality (yet)? Thanks!
