When building a hierarchy of handlers, it's currently necessary to explicitly define handlers that exist purely for namespacing and don't have any functionality (no associated model, unable to attach images). It should be possible to infer these namespaces from the structure of the other patterns, meaning a significant reduction in boilerplate
