Alright here comes some news from Zeit.
They actually blocked the server because of an unusual high activity.
I'm guessing that it's due to http://snapdrop.net redirecting to https://onedoes.github.io/snapdrop that a lot of people are now using this unique free instance from Zeit.

We are in contact with them to resolve the issue. 😉
