Giving access to the file immediately after creation

### Describe the feature

Currently moderator need to create file, and then join the table with provided innoguard link in order to get access start editing file.

### Suggested solution

We can ask for gmail while creating file, and grant moderator access to the file immediately. It will also would be a good idea not to store moderator as a join.
