images in highlights use unsupported markdown syntax, don't display

Logseq apparently doesn't support the standard markdown syntax for embedding an image in a link: logseq/logseq#7915
Since images in highlights are currently formatted in this way with a link to the original source, they currently don't display at all.
It would be great to change this to an html-based version, simply remove the link part, or maybe make it user configurable!
