Separate child node for full text in the back of the Highlight

I hope that each paragraph of the full text can be placed in a separate child node instead of all in the title block and cannot be collapsed. And I would like to see Highlight first and full-text behind.

I would like:

• title
  • Highlight
  • full-text
    • paragraph1
    • paragraph2
    • ……

Btw now the full text is not in the title block but in a child block directly. It's just not (yet?) split into paragraph which is what I'm suggesting in #113
