Also was talking to Scott and since we are only liquidating up to max LTV ratio (0.5), there may be dust in the smart contract for those who don't care to pay back becaues it becomes negligible, etc. Does it make sense to build it into a smart contract to dismiss a debt at some point (less than $0.01?) to not put burden on the smart contract and send the remaining ICX collatera balance of that loan to the DAO fund?
For small debt (less than $0.01?) , take from collateral and send to DAO Fund and retire the debt
