The scope of this issue is the following-

separate into eth and erc20 vaults for the quasar and move the deposit and withdraw methods
the actual logic for withdraw is blocked by Ideation: Find ways to allocate and calculate returns for lenders #728, to be taken care of in Construction: Implement fee and withdrawal with returns on quasar Vault #731
can be merged with erc20 support Construction: ERC20 support to quasar contract, anti- front running #732
