New Gateway - Feedback & Issues

I found some issues on the gateway and added some improvement suggestions. And also good job on improving/fixing some issues on the gateway in the last couple of days, it looks great!

ToDo:

• Fix connect system on Help and bobaScope pages
• Move pending indicator from top right to middle of page per diagram and add link to /history/pending so that people can get more Information on pending transactions if they want

I updated the design to get the loading indicator middle of the page per diagram with action item to navigate to history page with pending tab.

Little confused on how can we get the amount in USDC token there for whatever we have got in pending txs.

Fix has been push to the PR #472

1. Pending indicator changes to middle with navigation to history -> pending tab
2. LayerSwitcher to show on connect to MM is not working on Help and BobaScope so added connect button if not connected.!
