DAO - need to delegate votes to myself to vote on proposals

This is not a bug but a key feature of the system, since that’s what allows you to delegate your votes to others. If you would like to vote with your BOBA, then you need to delegate those votes to yourself.

I think the issue here is that multiple users have reported that they were able to vote without delegating any votes for themselves - ie the gateway allowed them to vote with 0 votes, and they then weren't able to delegate and vote properly as they had already voted on the proposal.

So I think there is a bug here, but it is a UI one (allowing to vote with 0 votes) rather than a contract/logic one...
