Turkish srt font issue?

Turkish srt's have problem for language specific font displaying.
Can you change font utf-8 or something like that maybe?

I'm checking the subtitle codec when opening it here: https://github.com/omega-gg/Sky/blob/master/src/SkMedia/src/media/WBackendSubtitle.cpp#L61

Could you provide me a subtitle that doesn't work ?

for example i found this subtitle below, video doesn't matter as you know you can check this subtitle with any video

So the srt text i found exactly in the 1st minute || time coded style: 00:01:00
shows to me something like:
Ysrail henüz buna uymady
and what i expect is:
İsrail henüz buna uymadı
