With the Python 3 deployments omero-web can be pip-installed and very little of the ome.omero_web Ansible role is used, e.g. systemd isn't configured, nor is Nginx.

We could save a bit of space, and speed up the Docker build, by getting rid of Ansible. Basically a centos:7 version of https://gitlab.com/openmicroscopy/incubator/omero-py-alpine

The only downside that pops out at me is if someone has been using ansible mechanisms to extend the image.
