ome/omero-python-superbuild@b717199 adds a merging of scripts earlier in the build sequence in order to have the scripts included in the OMERO.server.zip. For the moment, the double merge is likely ok, but when/if python-superbuild runs integration tests, scripts can be removed from this repository.
