Ubuntu 18.04 uses an init.d service file. Replace with a systemd service #242

The init.d service files were presumably used for earlier versions of the operating system. Ubuntu 18.04 supports systemd so we should update the instructions to use it, and bring it into line with CentOS 7.

The files are from previous versions
