PhysicalSizeX/Y/Z absent in OME TIFF metadata

Dear all,

I would like to ask your help in interpreting OME TIFF metadata:
Could you tell me please if it would be correct to assume that PhysicalSizeX/Y/Z are equal to 1.0, in case these properties are absent in OME TIFF metadata?

This is a sample OME TIFF where these properties are absent:

Hi @aliaksei-chareshneu, if the values are absent it may simply be that the software that generated the image has not written the metadata values, so I don't think you can make any assumptions with absent values. In that scenario it would be best to check with the developers of the software used to acquire the data, they may have assumed a default or may have failed to write the value.
