We have seen that many people were not informed about GODI, how it will work, and at what stage of the process people can engage.
This has partly to do with missing outreach, but also with the communication channels we use. It seems that our forum and social media does not reach the community.
Maybe we need to consider other comms, such as direct mailing to community members? We could also check who is active on the forum, and if user numbers decline (and why)
