Visual Studio 2010 の C# にはコンパイルのメニューがない。
（.csファイルを１つ選んでコンパイルするという考え方がない）

ソースコードがC#ならば秀丸エディタ側のメニューにある「コンパイル」項目を非表示にしておく。

（メモ）
秀丸側で「コンパイル」メニューを選んでも動作せず迷うことがあった。
