Describe the bug
Medicine administration details overflows especially after adding notes

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Select any facility
  2. Click on Encounters and click any
  3. Go to medicines tab and add administration to any medicine ( with notes )
  4. See error

Expected behavior
Administration detail should not overflow within the table
