Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently there is no way to specify file category during file upload in Patient files tab that is why anytime the patient creates a file the file category is by default unspecified.

Describe the solution you'd like
We should allow users to specify file category Imaging, Lab Reports, Documents, Audio.

@rithviknishad @Jacobjeevan The backend is sending results with file category unspecified It would be better if we allow user to specify the file category while upload itself. Can you plz assign me this so that I will make a frontend mock up and start implementing

I don't think options available here are something which user would be selecting in this context.
