Support for "Featuring Tokens"

It should be possible that an owner can advertise his token by additional costs.
For example, for 1 BURST/Block (exact price to be determined) a token is being shown in a dedicated well visible area of the app to gain more attention

Describe the solution you'd like

A token owner can transfer a certain amount to the token. The value is being forwarded to the maintainer of the project. As counterpart the token will be exposed in very well visible manner inside the dappository. More benefits needs to be checked, e.g. a more sophisticated way to share the token in social media.
