Sometimes ocr'd text doesn't get processed for weird shaped bubbles eventhough the text is within the detected text block

I'm noticing in this case the text is inside the detected textblock, but it is not in the detected bubble and the bubble dimensions override the text block dimensions during processing so the text gets skipped.

@ogkalu2 I'm currently doing this as a workaround do you know if this would break anything?
