Consider filestash as filemanager

https://github.com/mickael-kerjean/filestash has a clean, minimal UI that's more appropriate than filemanager for our use case. It also supports the filetypes we need.

The main difference is that it is a filemanager UI that relies on a external backend. We would thus use it via WebDAV, separating the file API and UI which allows more use cases.

This issue is pretty old and not sure how pertinent it is after a year. But what is sure is that we need again to reconsider again analternative to Edupi considering current file manaer does not handle large uploads!

We should probably restart the effort from scratch and make proper requirements, See also #11 and offspot/kiwix-hotspot#408

Here are the requirements I identified, from Edupi (and #11) and the results based on my initial tests as an edupi replacement (different from our current usage in drives.kiwix.org)

• lightweight
• docker-ready
• plays video
• plays audio
• displays pictures
• displays PDF
• folder tree browsing
• supports file uploads
• read-only is unauthenticated.
• read-write (deleting files, adding new ones, etc) is behind a password.

As with tinyfilemanager, it doesn't support directly the anonymous read-only and private read-write but because it's very flexible, we can make it work (with a single instance).

This ticket lives because of #69 and the fact that we experience difficulties while using tinyfilemanager (TFM). Some of those difficulties are not related to TFM or would surface as well with Filestash.

That said, Filestash and TFM are two very different projects.

TFM is a single file PHP app that mixes client and server code but also relies on existing popular libraries such as dropzone.js which handles the client upload part.

Filestash is a Go project that's a well separated small core with many plugins handling everything from authentication, authorization, file viewers and storage backends.

Without digging too much, I'd say that if we want to do limited modifications, we should stick with TFM and improves a couple things here and there but if we want to create something more ambitious, we should work off filestash.
