Enforce a more strict config for the lint without ejecting create-react-app

Default lint configuration for create-react-app seems to be too weaky.
Would be great if we can manage to run lint by a command, add it as a before-commit action, and make the lint more strict.

i.e. Validating that code complies with ARIA accessibility standard.
