Filter logs to only include `octue` logs and app logs

When using the SDK in applications or services, less-relevant log messages from low-level libraries often come through. For example, misleading warnings from gRPC about unclosed SSL connections etc. that don't affect the user are frequent. We could set up our log handler to ignore anything that doesn't come from octue or the user's app to make the logs more meaningful and less noisy
