Display built-in rainbow bracket colors #178

Is it possible to display the rainbow bracket colors now that this is a default VSCode visual setting?

This is the actual code with custom rainbow brackets:

These are my settings in VSCode to change the default rainbow bracket colors:

For bonus points could we display the non-built-in rainbow indentation too or is supporting non-native visuals not supported on purpose?
