What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. get a sandisk u3 cruzer flash drive
2. click on add programs
3. select the U3 version file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
it is expected to install the program. instead it says it failed to install
the program

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
windows XP

same problem, i have 4 gb cruzer, brand new. u3 launchpad ver: 1.6.1.2

oh yah, i even tryed porting the portable one for u3 with the same results.
